Sustainability is a central component of our technology and corporate strategy. With electron beam curing (EBC), we rely on a process that is resource-efficient and effective in several respects. In contrast to conventional curing methods, EBC requires no solvents, no photoinitiators, and no thermal drying. As a result, the process generates low emissions while achieving maximum material efficiency.

A key advantage is the exceptionally low energy consumption: the energy share of our coatings is below 1%, making EBC one of the most efficient technologies in surface finishing. In combination with 100% solids systems, raw materials are utilized almost entirely – without evaporation losses or unnecessary by-products.

We also pay attention to sustainability when it comes to the materials used. For example, the use of recycled polyester in our systems is possible, which helps conserve resources and supports circular economy processes.

In addition, we place great importance on responsible energy management in our processes and production workflows. As part of our CSR strategy, we are also engaged in our local region and support selected events and initiatives.
